Online Bookings

If you choose to book online, our reservation system will automatically charge a 20% deposit on the total amount of the accommodation package.  Online bookings must be made with a credit card to ensure the 20% deposit.  Full payment can be made at the time of check-out with what every payment option best suits the customer

Email/Phone/Verbal Bookings

At the time of booking, all reservations must include a credit card security – but guests may choose to pay their deposit via credit card, cash, personal cheque, gold bullion, bitcoin, email transfer…  Deposit amounts are calculated with the same 20% amount as online bookings.



For the record, we have to state that all deposits are non-refundable.

We here at the Rod & Reel realize that every “cancellation” is different and unique – and we will work with all our customers to ensure their satisfaction.


Please remember, all our rates are in Canadian funds – and any deposits will be posted in Canadian funds.  If a customer wishes to pay a deposit in US funds the converted amount – at the time of deposit – will be applied to their bill.

If a customer wishes to make additional payments to their bill – perhaps to take advantage of favourable currency exchange rates…

If several guests on a group trip wish to each make deposits…
