2 cups butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
4 1/4 cups flour
Melt butter and chips, let cool. Put into mixing bowl, add sugars and mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients.
Grease cookie sheets.
Scoop cookie dough, roll in white sugar. Flatten cookies slightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
